Senior Content Analyst
Want to use your energy and talent to tip the balance on climate change? Sweep is hiring a Snr Content Analyst to build, maintain, and improve content for its sustainability data intelligence platform
Sweep is hiring a Senior Content Analyst, to support the building, maintenance, and improvement of the content that powers our sustainability data intelligence platform.
At Sweep, our mission is to empower businesses to become Forever Companies - creating long-term value while reducing environmental impact and improving social performance. Climate change is the defining challenge of our time, and we believe that businesses can drive meaningful change with the right tools and insights.
Our platform maps climate and ESG data across entire organizations, enabling them to track, disclose, and take action. By turning sustainability into a competitive advantage, Sweep helps businesses build better, audit-ready programs that contribute to a more sustainable future for everyone.
Together, we can make a difference.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
At Sweep, content brings platform experiences to life and helps our customers start faster and go further. The development of product content is a collaborative effort between our product, engineering and design teams.
Working with your team, you will help convert goals into reliable workflows and implement them. You will have particular emphasis on content to support our ESG Reporting platform areas but be exposed to wider content projects as part of our Intelligence strategy. In your day to day, you will work with the latest AI models and spreadsheets, to make us more effective and efficient in generating high quality content.
To be more specific, this includes:
1 - Content Creation & Mapping for ESG Modules
Learn and understand ESG frameworks and their content with support
Produce audit-ready content with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Extract, structure, and transform complex source content into final formats. You will help define the final target formats
Own defined portions of projects, including data discovery, source interpretation, enrichment of raw content, and validation of outputs against quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve content models, field definitions, and workflow efficiency based on recurring issues seen during execution
2 - GenAI-assisted Workflow Automation
Independently build and use AI to execute tasks and automate projects to increase our capabilities and impact
Contribute to projects on AI-assisted data scraping workflows
Build scripts to automate processes
3 - Project management
Independently manage substantial workstreams within the project, escalating risks or blockers with clear recommendations
Devise and drive methodology for your workstreams, from discovery to QA, and produce clear documentation
Actively share learnings to increase team capability
Note: You will be assigned tasks that match your experience and skillset, with clear guidance on expectations and deliverables. As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistency, you'll gradually take on more complex work. We believe in giving everyone real ownership, so you’ll have the chance to take on bigger challenges; while always having access to experienced team members for support, mentorship, and guidance.
That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?
