Sweep is hiring an Apprentice Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator in Montpellier. You will contribute to both recruitment (Talent Acquisition) activities and daily human resources operations. Under the supervision of the HR team, you will be involved in all key stages of the employee life cycle: from the admin aspect of recruitment and onboarding to administrative tasks and broader HR coordination.
As the TA & HR Coordinator (apprenticeship) of Sweep, you’ll work on helping the People team to create and adapt the admin tasks of our company by making sure all information from our employees are up to date and accurate.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
You will ensure that our Sweep company operates within the law at all times, offer help on People operations admin tasks, and create an effective guardian of the organisation.
You will actively support the TA & HR teams in particular in scaling Sweep in the coming years, helping to structure process routines and initiatives across teams towards strategic company goals.
This role will be part of the People team (Employee Experience, People Partner & Talent Acquisition) and will report to the VP People but you will work closely with our Recruiters & HRBP.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) 🔎
- Posting: Ensure all jobs are posted effectively on our ATS (career website) following our internal process.
- Interview Coordination: Organize logistics (invites, schedules, rooms)
- Offer coordination: Draft & send offers to candidates and request onboarding information.
2. HR Coordination 📁
- Personnel Administration: Assist in drafting and following up on contracts, contract amendments, and other employment-related documents; maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Leave and Absence Management: Assist in tracking paid leave and sick leave, and update HR dashboards.
- Support for HR Projects: Participate in implementing cross-functional projects (well-being at work, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, etc.).
3. Internal Communication 📁
- Contribute to improve HR written communication materials (newsletters, HR policies, etc.).

Qualifications 🏆
- Preparing a Bachelor or Master Degree in apprenticeship
- Hands-on experience with modern collaboration and admin tools (Google Docs, Slack, Notion...)
- Experience in customer facing role or ability to communicate to various stakeholders
- Precise and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- A liking of things being neat and well organized
- Comfortable with mac environment is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
